EAST LANSING, Mich. (WILX) – No. 17 Michigan State men\u2019s basketball rolled past San Jos\u00e9 State with a 79-60 victory on Thursday night.<\/p>\n
Jaxon Kohler and Carson Cooper led MSU in points with 17, and Kohler collected an astonishing 18 rebounds as well. Cooper also added seven rebounds and four steals.<\/p>\n
Jeremy Fears Jr. totaled up 15 points, nine assists, and five rebounds. Michigan State shot 48% from the field and made six of its 25 shots from beyond the arc.<\/p>\n
MSU also outrebounded San Jos\u00e9 State 45 to 26. Kur Teng also had a nice first half for MSU, finishing with 10 points and a pair of assists.<\/p>\n
Michigan State next faces No. 9 Kentucky on Nov. 18 in New York for the Champions Classic<\/p>\n
