at the Prime 7 restaurant on Cooley Lake Road in Commerce Township<\/a>. First responders found Francesk Shkambi, 44, of Howell, lying on the patio outside the restaurant.<\/p>\nHe was taken to a hospital, where he died.<\/p>\n
Shortly after the shooting, the suspect reportedly drove to the Farmington Hills Police Department and turned himself in.<\/p>\n
On Wednesday, Nov. 19, Tonin Pjetri was charged with first-degree murder and felony firearm.<\/p>\n
Prime 7 remains closed until Nov. 25, following Shkambi\u2019s funeral mass on Monday, Nov. 24.<\/p>\n
If convicted, Pjetri faces the possibility of spending the rest of his life behind bars.<\/p>\n
