(KFSN) &#8212; Police evacuated a home in Northwest Fresno after a call came in for a suspicious and possible explosive device found by caregivers of a foster child.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">&#8220;One of the caregivers there gave us a call of a suspicious device they located. It appears to be possibly an explosive device. Our officers arrived, we evacuated that home and all the people inside the house are out and safe,&#8221; said Fresno Police Department Lt.
