the Prime 7 restaurant on Cooley Lake Road in Commerce Township<\/a>.<\/p>\nPolice said they were called to the restaurant and found Francesk Shkambi, 44, of Howell, lying on the patio.<\/p>\n
He was given aid and rushed to a nearby hospital, where he died from his injuries, authorities said.<\/p>\n
Man turns himself in<\/p>\n
Police said they were investigating the shooting when they learned that someone had driven to the Farmington Hills Police Department and turned himself in.<\/p>\n
That man was later identified as Tonin Pjetri.<\/p>\n
Murder charge<\/p>\n
Pjetri is a 65-year-old resident of Farmington Hills.<\/p>\n
On Wednesday, Nov. 19, he was arraigned on a first-degree murder charge and a felony firearm violation.<\/p>\n
If he\u2019s convicted, Pjetri could face life in prison.<\/p>\n
Restaurant closed<\/p>\n
A funeral mass for Shkambi is scheduled for Monday. Prime 7 will remain closed until the day after — Nov. 25.<\/p>\n
