LAKE CALIFORNIA, Calif. \u2014 Firefighters quickly contained a house fire in Lake California on Wednesday afternoon.<\/p>\n

Officials from Cal Fire’s Tehama-Glenn Unit\/Tehama County Fire Department said their team, along with members of the Cottonwood Fire District, responded to a residential structure fire in the area of Blue Ridge Mountain Drive and Tedrock Mountain Place at around 1:15 p.m.<\/p>\n

By 1:45 p.m., however, Cal Fire announced that the incident had been contained with crews remaining on scene for another hour for mop-up and overhaul.<\/p>\n

The cause of the fire has not been announced.<\/p>\n
