The menu will draw from Korean street\u2011food tradition \u2014 think comforting snacks, creative breakfast sandwiches, and specialty coffee drinks \u2014 designed for everyday gatherings, quick meals, or casual meetups.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">In addition to Mokja, Lee will also open a sibling concept called Pado at the Market Hall. The two eateries are the first to be revealed for the 50,000\u2011square\u2011foot upcoming culinary destination. The food hall will be a two\u2011story, chef-driven spot featuring 21 different culinary concepts and six themed bars, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ocvibe.com\/dining\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">its website explains<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">The larger 100\u2011acre OCVIBE development project is projected to become Orange County\u2019s new downtown district.
