(WJAR) \u2014 The high-profile murder trial for Brian Walshe officially begins on Monday.<\/p>\n

It’s been almost three years since Walshe was charged with murdering his wife, Ana.<\/p>\n

He’s accused of dismembering and discarding her body; her remains were never found.<\/p>\n

Opening statements are expected on Monday morning.<\/p>\n

On the first day of jury selection, the Cohasset father surprisingly pleaded guilty to 2 out of his 3 charges<\/a>. That includes unlawfully disposing of his wife Ana Walshe\u2019s body and misleading investigators.<\/p>\n

Walshe now faces the main charge of murder.<\/p>\n

Prosecutors have to prove he killed his wife without a body.<\/p>\n
