(KFSN) &#8212; The Fresno County Coroner&#8217;s Office has identified the person shot and killed in Orange Cove on Thanksgiving. She is 43-year-old Carolina Godinez.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">EDITOR&#8217;S NOTE: The video above is from a previous broadcast and will be updated.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">The shooting happened just before 2 pm in a neighbourhood on 9th and J streets.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">When deputies arrived, they found Godinez with a gunshot wound.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">She was declared dead at the scene.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">The Fresno County Sheriff&#8217;s Office is not releasing any details about a possible suspect or what led to the shooting.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">The suspect remains unknown.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC eTIW sUzSN \">Anyone with more information is asked to contact the Fresno County Sheriff&#8217;s Office.<\/p>\n<p>Copyright \u00a9 2025 KFSN-TV.
