(KFSN) &#8212; The Fresno Police Department has confirmed with Action News that the Uber driver who was shot in the head on Thanksgiving has been released from the hospital.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">EDITOR&#8217;S NOTE: The video above is from a previous broadcast and will be updated.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">The shooting happened around 8:15 p.m. on South Tupman Street in Southwest Fresno.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">When officers arrived on scene, they found the 40-year-old victim in his car.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Police say the Uber driver was just doing his job, picking up a passenger, when an altercation happened before he was shot.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC eTIW sUzSN \">No suspect information has been released and the case is still under investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Copyright \u00a9 2025 KFSN-TV.
