WASHINGTON (TNND) \u2014 A report prepared by former and current Federal Bureau of Investigation agents deemed the FBI <\/a>under Kash Patel\u2019s<\/a> leadership to be a \u201crudderless ship\u201d and \u201call f-ked up.\u201d<\/p>\n

The 115-page report obtained by the New York Post<\/a>, which will be reviewed by both the House and Senate Judiciary Committees, characterized Patel as being \u201cin over his head\u201d and his number two Deputy Director Dan Bongino as \u201csomething of a clown.\u201d The report comes a week after<\/a> the White House denied rumors that President Donald Trump was considering ousting Patel. <\/p>\n

Several unnamed sources within the report raised concerns over Patel and Bongino\u2019s lack of experience as well as their \u201cobsession with social media.\u201d<\/p>\n

One source stated that Patel \u201chas neither the breadth of experience nor the bearing an FBI director needs to be successful.\u201d<\/p>\n

While another source \u201cstrongly believes FBI Director Kash Patel and FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino\u2019s lack of FBI experience is hurting their ability to lead its people and deal effectively with top-tier threats facing the country.\u201d<\/p>\n

The report points to Patel\u2019s conduct amid the FBI\u2019s investigation into Charlie Kirk\u2019s assassination. Upon landing in Provo, Utah, Patel \u201cwould not disembark from the plane without an FBI raid jacket,\u201d according to ALPHA 99, a \u201chighly respected\u201d source within the FBI.<\/p>\n

\u201cPatel apparently did not have his own FBI raid jacket with him and refused to step from the plane without wearing one,\u201d according to the report.<\/p>\n

The task to fetch Patel a FBI jacket required FBI special agents at the Salt Lake City field office to take time away from the Kirk assassination investigation to locate Patel a jacket, which belonged to a female agent. However, Patel complained that \u201ctwo areas on the upper sleeves did not have Velcro patches attached, requiring members of an FBI SWAT Team to give patches off their uniform to Patel.<\/p>\n

Unhappy with the course of the investigation, Patel proceeded to yell at Special Agent-in-Charge Robert Bohls\u201c over \u201cperceived blunders\u201d in the case.<\/p>\n

The report also criticized Patel for incorrectly sharing to the public that the \u201csubject\u201d or Kirk\u2019s alleged killer was \u201cin custody,\u201d but an hour later stated that the subject was \u201creleased after an interrogation by law enforcement.\u201d<\/p>\n

There was also criticism over Patel taking credit for parts of the investigation other agencies had done.<\/p>\n

Patel \u201cdid a disservice to the FBI by breaking with Bureau tradition and norms by taking credit for the good work by other agencies,\u201dthe report stated.<\/p>\n

One source directed Patel and Bongino to \u201cstop talking, stop posting, and just be professional.\u201d<\/p>\n
