WASHINGTON (TNND) \u2014 Pop-star Sabrina Carpenter<\/a> expressed her disgust over the White House\u2019s decision to include one of her songs in a video it produced showing a clip montage of suspected illegal immigrants<\/a> being arrested by federal agents.<\/p>\n

In the background of the 20 second clip, Carpenter\u2019s song \u201cJuno,\u201d a sexually charged song played, in the background. The lyrics \u201chave you ever tried this one,\u201d a reference to sex positions, played on loop as bodycam officers are seen chasing down and handcuffing individuals.<\/p>\n

\u201cHave you ever tried this one?\u201d the White House wrote on X. \u201cBye-bye.\u201d<\/p>\n

On Tuesday morning, Carpenter responded to the post calling the video \u201cevil and disgusting.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cDo not ever involve me or my music to benefit your inhumane agenda,\u201d Carpenter wrote.<\/p>\n

Without missing a beat, the White House doubled down on the publication of the video.<\/p>\n

\u201cHere\u2019s a Short n\u2019 Sweet message for Sabrina Carpenter,\u201d White House spokesperson Abigail Jackson said in a statement. \u201cWe won\u2019t apologize for deporting dangerous criminal illegal murderers, rapists, and pedophiles from our country. Anyone who would defend these sick monsters must be stupid, or is it slow?\u201d<\/p>\n

Carpenter is just the latest Gen-Z pop-star to push back on the Trump administration\u2019s use of an artists\u2019 creative property to promote its agenda.<\/p>\n

Back in November, the Department of Homeland Security used Olivia Rodrigo\u2019s \u201call-american b\u2014-\u201d in a social media video showing federal agents arresting people.<\/p>\n

“don’t ever use my songs to promote your racist, hateful propaganda,” Rodrigo wrote in a comment on the Instagram post, according to a screenshot captured by Deadline.<\/a><\/p>\n
