(FOX 2) &#8211; A scammer posing as the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fox2detroit.com\/tag\/us\/mi\/oakland-county\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Oakland County<\/a> Animal Shelter is trying to trick people into donating money.<\/p>\n<p data-v-3646484b=\"\">According to the Oakland County Animal Control &amp; Pet Adoption Center, this scammer is posting &#8220;horrendous pictures&#8221; on Instagram and YouTube asking for donations.
