Location by USC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Oregon-based coffee company sets up near USC<\/p>\n<p>Their little windmills have been popping up at the edge of town, lighting up the <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dutchbros.com\/\">Dutch Bros <\/a>coffee outlets as they approached Southern California. Their first day in business, the siblings took home $65, last year the chain grossed a reported $1.3 billion. The company now stretches from Oregon to Texas.<\/p>\n<p>The fast-growing operation features lattes, nitrogen-infused cold brews, smoothies, freezes, teas, lemonades, and sodas and its own Rebel energy drink, all prepared by what the company calls \u201cBroistas.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"low\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns=\" http:=\"\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-280773\" data-lazy- data-lazy- data-lazy-src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Broista-w_-coffees-1200x800.jpg\"\/><img fetchpriority=\"low\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Broista-w_-coffees-1200x800.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-280773\"  \/>Credit: Courtesy Dutch Bros<\/p>\n<p>Santa Monica architects <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/adnarch.com\/\">Armet Davis Newlove<\/a> have designed more than 170 locations of the Dutch-themed coffee outlets, with another 100 in the works. I said, \u2018Hey, why don\u2019t we open a coffee cart?
