Upon arrival, paramedics spotted a woman \u2013 believed to be the pedestrian who was involved in the incident \u2013 already dead at the scene.<\/p>\n<p data-v-3646484b=\"\">As of Sunday, December 7, officials have not released the identity of the woman killed in the crash.
