Well, we\u2019ve got a suggestion: Get that loved one (with impeccable musical taste) some tickets to see the acclaimed Beatles<\/a> tribute act Rain doing its cool holiday show.<\/p>\n

Yes, it should be a totally Fab (Four) evening when \u201cRain \u2014 A Beatles<\/a> Christmas Tribute\u201d hits the Golden Gate Theatre in San Francisco on Dec. 23.<\/p>\n

Some fans might have seen Rain before \u2014 maybe even several times before. And that\u2019s very understandable, given that people just rave about the ensemble\u2019s take on all those classic rock tunes from John, Paul<\/a>, George and Ringo<\/a>.<\/p>\n

But this is a brand-new holiday edition of the Rain show, which gives the Fab Four a colorful Christmastime twist. Think \u201cMagical Mystery Tour,\u201d only dressed up with sleigh bells and Christmas wreaths, and you get the picture.<\/p>\n

The setlists that we\u2019ve seen for the show have included such amazing Beatles favorites as \u201cI Want to Hold Your Hand,\u201d \u201cPlease Please Me,\u201d \u201cCan\u2019t Buy Me Love,\u201d \u201cA Hard Day\u2019s Night\u201d and \u201cIn My Life\u201d as well as such Christmas standards as \u201cJingle Bell Rock,\u201d \u201cThe Christmas Song\u201d and \u201cRun Run Rudolph.\u201d<\/p>\n

Again, anyone who\u2019s seen Rain knows that it does a great job conjuring up that classic Beatles magic \u2014 from the sound to the look to the vibe. That\u2019s why Rain has been a popular concert attraction for a half century and counting.<\/p>\n

Yet, this debut Christmas tour represents a new chapter for Rain, resulting in what promoters are promising to be \u201ca Beatles tribute like you\u2019ve never seen before.\u201d<\/p>\n
