While this was a legitimate sponsor code, it was not intended for public use, and its unauthorized distribution resulted in tickets being issued in error.Because these tickets were not purchased through an approved transaction, they are invalid and cannot be honored for tonight or for any other night of the 2025 HolidayLights season. Please note that no charges were processed for individuals who used this code.This issue affects only those who obtained tickets using the \u201cCRC2025\u201d code. All guests who purchased tickets through normal, authorized means are fully valid and will be honored for tonight\u2019s event.We understand how disappointing this may be for families who were planning to attend, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion this situation has caused. The code was not publicly promoted by CALM Zoo, and once the issue was identified, the system was quickly corrected.As a nonprofit organization, CALM Zoo is grateful for the community\u2019s continued support.
