NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – While Tennessee Titans superstar Jeffery Simmons was busy scoring a touchdown in San Francisco, his Tennessee home was broken into on Sunday.<\/p>\n

The veteran defensive tackle took to social media to report the burglary and even post a video of the suspects.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat if any of my family members was in my house? All that materialistic **** you can have but this is crazy,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

The Metro Nashville Police Department reports its detectives are investigating the burglary. MNPD said that video surveillance shows the incident occurred at about 7 p.m. when at least six suspects entered the home after smashing out the window glass.<\/p>\n

Police report that multiple items were taken from the home.<\/p>\n

\u201cTeam security is actively working with Metro Nashville Police Department to recover items stolen from Jeff Simmons\u2019 house. No residents were home during the burglary.\u201d<\/p>\n
