LIVE PICTURES FROM WHAT AVENUE AND EDISON NEAR I-80, NOT FAR FROM ARCADE MIDDLE SCHOOL. YOU CAN SEE IT AT THE INTERSECTION THERE ON THE CORNER. CREWS ARE AT THE SCENE OF A CRASH, AND YOU CAN SEE SOME KIND OF POLE KIND OF LEANING ON ITS SIDE THERE. SMUD IS ALSO ON THE SCENE ASSESSING A POWER POLE THAT APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN HIT, SO YOU CAN SEE IT AT A DIAGONAL THERE, AND YOU CAN SEE ONE PERSON IN THAT BASKET. IT LOOKS LIKE THEY\u2019RE GOING TO LIFT THAT PERSON UP IN THE BASKET. WE\u2019VE NOTICED TRAFFIC LIGHTS IN THE AREA ARE FLASHING RED. SO THAT\u2019S EDISON THAT YOU SEE IN THE DISTANCE. AND YOU CAN SEE THE THE RED LIGHTS FLASHING BACK AND FORTH. WE\u2019RE RIGHT. LIVE ALONG WATT AVENUE. SO THIS IS HAVING A TRAFFIC IMPACT ON THE TRAFFIC IN THE AREA. THIS IS A VERY BUSY INTERSECTION. AS YOU ARE APPROACHING INTERSTATE 80. VERY BUSY INTERSECTION IN THIS AREA OF SACRAMENTO COUNTY. AND THESE LIVE PICTURES YOU CAN SEE CHP IS ALSO BLOCKED OFF PART OF THE ROAD. SO WE DON\u2019T KNOW WHAT TYPE OF CRASH HAPPENED OR HOW THAT AFFECTED THE POWER POLE. BUT WE CAN SEE THAT POLE LEANING TO THE RIGHT THERE. AND YOU CAN SEE THAT PERSON IN THAT WORK BASKET WHERE THEY\u2019VE LIFTED THEM UP. AND SO THE LIGHTS ARE JUST FLASHING RIGHT NOW. AND IN THAT CASE, YOU JUST HANDLE IT AS A STOP SIGN. IT LOOKS LIKE PEOPLE ARE DOING A GOOD JOB, BUT EVEN PART OF WHAT AVENUE YOU CAN SEE IN THE DIRECTION HEADED TOWARDS I-80 THAT\u2019S BLOCKED OFF. SO THEY\u2019RE GOING TO HAVE TO TAKE EDISON AND MAYBE GO ALL THE WAY DOWN TO FULTON OR GET OVER TO MARCONI AND THEN GET ON 80 THAT WAY. SO THIS IS WHAT AVENUE AND YOU CAN SEE IT\u2019S BLOCKED OFF ALL THE WAY. THAT\u2019S AUBURN BOULEVARD THAT YOU\u2019RE SEEING DOWN THERE WHERE THAT ARCO STATION IS. SO THEY\u2019VE GOT IT BLOCKED IN BOTH DIRECTIONS OF WATT AVENUE. SO IT LOOKS LIKE THEY\u2019RE PROBABLY MAKING A LEFT ON EDISON. THEN GOING BACK UP AND THEN COMING BACK DOWN AUBURN TO GET ONTO I-80. SO THERE\u2019S A BIT OF A DETOUR THAT\u2019S GOING TO TAKE YOU A LITTLE BIT OF EXTRA TIME. TRY TO AVOID THI\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n
