A 13-year-old boy who was killed in a multi-vehicle collision where six others were injured on the Foothill (210) Freeway in the Shadow Hills area of Los Angeles was identified by county authorities Tuesday.<\/p>\n
Bryan Ceja was identified as the victim by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner\u2019s office.<\/p>\n
The crash was first reported to the California Highway Patrol at 7:53 p.m. Sunday on the westbound Foothill Freeway just east of the Sunland Boulevard off-ramp.<\/p>\n
A 40-year-old man, 30-year-old woman and 61-year-old man were taken to hospitals by paramedics in \u201cat least\u201d serious condition, according to Los Angeles Fire Department spokeswoman Margaret Stewart said.<\/p>\n
Two patients were taken to hospitals with injuries not believed life-threatening and one patient declined to be taken to a hospital.<\/p>\n
Witnesses told the CHP a black SUV or pickup truck was moving in and out of lanes at a high rate of speed before the crash. Two of the vehicles involved in the crash rolled over. The crash itself blocked all lanes.<\/p>\n
The CHP issued a SigAlert at 8:14 p.m. officially shutting down all lanes.
