{"id":99760,"date":"2025-12-18T15:37:20","date_gmt":"2025-12-18T15:37:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/99760\/"},"modified":"2025-12-18T15:37:20","modified_gmt":"2025-12-18T15:37:20","slug":"pursuit-ends-with-driver-crashing-into-a-home-in-lynwood-nbc-los-angeles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/99760\/","title":{"rendered":"Pursuit ends with driver crashing into a home in Lynwood \u2013 NBC Los Angeles"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A driver is now facing several charges after crashing into a home at the end of a police pursuit in Lynwood on Wednesday.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>According to the Los Angeles Sheriff\u2019s Department, deputies were in pursuit of a driver in the Compton area at around 8:45 p.m. near Long Beach Boulevard and Tucker Street.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Deputies were chasing the driver for reckless driving and possible DUI. <\/p>\n<p>The short pursuit ended near Imperial Highway and Bullis Road in the city of Lynwood when the driver hit a curb and was launched through the wall of a home on the 10000 block of McNerney Avenue.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>No one inside the home was injured and the pursuit driver was transported to a hospital to be evaluated.
