According to arrest reports, U.S. Postal inspectors responded to the apartment complex at 1095 W. 68th Street to investigate reported mail theft activity.

Ring camera footage showed six separate mail thefts that happened at the complex on Dec. 21, 23, 24, 25, 27 and 28 involving two suspects, the reports said.

All the thefts happened between 1 and 2:30 a.m. and involved the use of a master mail key, a USPS Arrow Key.

The same two suspects, Alcinor and Beaucejour, were arrested while attempting to steal mail during a joint enforcement operation involving U.S. Postal inspectors assigned to Hialeah Police’s Economic Crimes Unit, the reports said.

During their arrests, a USPS Arrow Key was recovered, and both were in possession of handwritten ledgers listing multiple residential addresses in Hialeah along with corresponding mailbox numbers designated for targeting, the reports said.

Both men declined to speak with investigators and were booked into jail.
