City of Cape Coral will host a Business & Industry Roundtable focused on residential real estate Jan. 9 at City Hall. City officials will be available to answer questions about the Residential Rental Registration Program, which took effect Jan. 1, and to engage in broader discussion with industry professionals over coffee and light refreshments. The roundtable is part of the city’s ongoing Business & Industry Roundtable Series and is designed to foster open dialogue with local businesses, address industry-specific challenges, explore economic trends and identify future programs that support business retention and growth.
