A man accused of kidnapping his girlfriend in Hialeah was arrested, police said on Saturday.
Jose Manuel Gonzalez, 49, was charged with kidnapping and domestic battery.

According to Hialeah Police, on Wednesday, officers responded to the area of West 27th Avenue and 52nd Street around 6:45 a.m. after a concerned citizen contacted 911 saying she may have witnessed a possible abduction, Hialeah Police officials said.
As detectives continued to investigate the alleged abduction, they said that the incident escalated from a domestic dispute between Gonzalez and his girlfriend.
Police said the victim was visiting others, and then Gonzalez arrived at where she was and forced her into his vehicle.
The woman was found uninjured, and Gonzalez was arrested.
