Miami is set to welcome Melchior, Gaspar, and Balthazar on Sunday, January 11 for the annual Three Kings Parade! The cherished tradition will once again transform Little Havana into a vibrant celebration of floats, marching bands, and local performers in honor of the Hispanic holiday on the Three Wise Men who brought gifts to baby Jesus.
The free, family-friendly event will begin at 10 a.m. (parade at noon) at Southwest 27th Avenue, before marching along 8th Street and concluding at 17th Avenue. Entrance for attendees will be at Southwest 22nd Avenue and 8th Street.
“The Three Kings Parade is a reflection of Miami’s multicultural heritage and a testament to the values that bring our city together — family, community, and tradition,” said City of Miami Commissioner Ralph “Rafael” Rosado in a statement. “We look forward to welcoming everyone to celebrate this beautiful event that honors our shared roots and the cultural legacy of our residents.”
Whether you’re going for the music or the colorful floats, it promises to be an unforgettable afternoon for families while honoring the hope and generosity of the season.
