ORLANDO, Fla. – A man who attacked a jogger near College Park in Orlando is expected to appear in court Monday after he was accused of violating probation.
Tyler Feight was rearrested in December after authorities said he violated his probation by changing his address without notifying his probation officer and failing to show up for his psychosexual evaluation as required by his probation.

He took a plea deal and served no jail time after his initial arrest in the attack of a woman who was jogging near College Park. The woman told police she was struck to the ground and that someone tried to overpower her before she began to kick and scream, causing him to run away.
The state attorney’s office said with the victim’s approval, Feight was allowed to plead no contest to battery and was then sentenced to three years of probation and a 225-day sentence, which he was credited for 225 days he had already served.

However, the prosecutor on the case withheld adjudication, which meant that once Feight completed his sentence, he would have no criminal record.
Feight faces a five-year prison sentence for the initial battery charge.
He is expected to appear in court Monday for the probation violation.
