FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — A man was injured after a shooting on Monday morning in Fort Lauderdale, according to fire rescue personnel.

Police officers and fire rescue personnel responded at about 9:55 a.m. to a bus bench along North Avenue of Arts, near Northwest Ninth Street.

Police officers used crime scene tape to surround an area where there was blood on the sidewalk.

Detectives ask anyone with information about this or other cases to call Broward County Crime Stoppers at 954-493-8477 to remain anonymous.
