Fire in Fort Lauderdale apartment leaves 1 person injured – WSVN 7News | Miami News, Weather, Sports

FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA. (WSVN) – At least one person was injured due to a fire at a high rise apartment in Fort Lauderdale.

Fire crews arrived at the apartment building near Eisenhower Boulevard and Southeast 17th Street Monday evening.

Officials stated that one woman suffered a burn and was taken to the hospital.

No other injuries were reported.
