Four lanes are blocked at the 31st Street on-ramp on I-275.

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — A multi-vehicle wreck on I-275 in St. Petersburg is causing major delays Tuesday morning. 

The Florida Highway Patrol is reporting that four of the five lanes in the northbound direction near the 31st Street Ramp are closed due to emergency vehicles responding in the area.
