Related Urban Development Group broke ground on Residences at Palm Court, a mixed-income residential community offering 316 apartments in north Miami-Dade County.

The development received federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit funding and is one of the largest new-construction developments in Miami-Dade County to use LIHTC, according to a press release. The local Home Investment Partnerships Program provided an additional $3.5 million in funding for the development, which is located at 950 NW 95th St. .

Apartments at Residences at Palm Court will feature energy-efficient stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. Community amenities will include a fitness center, co-working spaces, multipurpose room, computer lounge, walking paths, bike storage, dog park and on-site physical and mental health services provided by the Jesse Trice Community Health Center.

“This community represents the best of what we can achieve when public and private sectors work together,” said Nathan Kogon, director of housing and community development for Miami-Dade County. “We’re building housing that protects seniors, supports families and strengthens entire neighborhoods. This is a true blueprint for public-private collaboration and inclusive growth.”
