The Alliance for the Arts will host its second annual Feast for the Senses Fundraiser on Saturday, Feb. 7, 2026, from 6 to 10 p.m. at its newly renovated campus in Fort Myers.
This unique event combines fine dining with performance art, featuring a five-course dinner by five innovative chefs from Southwest Florida.
Pamela Beckman of BONSOIREE curated the event, aiming to create a memorable sensory experience.
“While working with Michelin-star chefs at the Naples Winter Wine Festival every year is an incredible honor, I wanted to create an event that spotlighted the remarkable culinary talent found right here in Southwest Florida,” Beckman said.
The fundraiser will support the creation of a culinary arts space at the Alliance for the Arts for classes, wine tastings, and more.
“Feast for the Senses is a one-of-a-kind experience that celebrates the arts and highlights some of SWFL’s most creative chefs, all while helping to raise money for important local arts programming,” said Neil Volz, Executive Director of the Alliance for the Arts.
Chefs participating in the event include Brad Kilgore, Brandon Schewe, Ben Voisin, David Rashty, and Taylor Polston-Conley.
Wine pairings will be curated by local celebrity oenophile Gina Birch, adding to the evening’s allure.
