TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – An upcoming auction has created quite the stir in Tallahassee, the college football world and online.
The effects and home of Bobby Bowden are set to be sold in the Bobby Bowden Legacy Auction.
WCTV Sports was given a tour earlier this week at the familiar home in Killearn to see priceless memories of the legendary coach.
The home is full of part family heirlooms, part 20th-century time capsule with pictures and letters of celebrities, politicians and old friends.
The auction is expected to be the biggest of its kind for any college coach’s estate, with Wiregrass telling WCTV it may stretch over multiple days.
