“This Is Us” was far more than a theme at Parc Center for Disabilities’ 56th annual Black-Tie Gala — it was a showcase of capabilities and achievements by children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Defying Autism with Music pianist Milosz Gasior entertained during the cocktail hour at The Coliseum in St. Petersburg on Nov. 8, 2025. Parc participants sold their artwork, performed a ballroom dance and cheered a rousing version of “This Is Me” sung by the Parc Inspired Choir. The family of Onyx, 2, who has FOXP1 syndrome, an extremely rare genetic disorder, shared their gratitude for the hope and joy that Parc’s Discovery Learning Center brings them.
