YOU HAVE TO HAVE SOMETHING CONCRETE TO BE ABLE TO GET A SEARCH WARRANT AND HAVE THIS MASSIVE OF AN OPERATION. DETECTIVES FOUND HANDGUNS, SHOTGUNS, MARIJUANA, EVEN VAPE PENS AND GUARDING LEASE HOUSE HOUSES RIGHT NEXT TO A PARK. DOESN’T MAKE ME FEEL SAFE. HERE NOW. IN SUCH AN AREA THAT’S SUPPOSED TO BE MORE SAFE BECAUSE THE POLICE THE DRUG BUST DIDN’T STOP. THERE ARE COMICS DETECTIVES AND CCPD SWAT TEAM HAD ANOTHER SEARCH WARRANT AT THIS HOME AT BEACH PARKWAY WEST. THE SUSPECT SEAN BELL KEY HAD NARCOTICS FIREARMS AND CASH INSIDE A NEW REAL ESTATE. 2 men arrested after Cape Coral police seize drugs, guns and cash from 2 homes

A monthslong Cape Coral narcotics investigation resulted in the arrests of two men and drugs, guns, and cash being seized from two homes. The Cape Coral Police Department launched an investigation into Julian James Garton-Miulli, 28, on June 19 after receiving tips that he was distributing MDMA and THC/marijuana products in Cape Coral. According to CCPD, detectives discovered he sold over 28 grams of MDMA from his residence.CCPD detectives said Garton-Miulli was also caught selling 22 grams of MDMA in August. Garton-Miulli was later found driving a 2024 Kia Seltos when he was arrested and taken to Lee County Jail. He is facing the following charges:
1 count of trafficking in MDMA (22 grams)1 count of trafficking in MDMA (over 28 grams)1 count of possession of a controlled substance to wit: MDMA (9 grams)1 count of possession of a controlled substance to wit: amphetamine (0.9 grams)1 count of possession of a controlled substance to wit: marijuana (over 656 grams)1 count of possession of a controlled substance to wit: mushrooms/Psilocybin (75 grams)
Detectives and CCPD’s SWAT team searched another residence at 2720 Beach Parkway West based on the previous investigation.
A heap of firearms, drugs and cash were seized from the home, some of which included 17 pounds of marijuana (plus plants), approximately 44 pounds total of THC products (wax, oil, edibles and cartridges), 457.8 grams of cocaine, and 1,028 grams of MDMA.
