Cape Coral residents will need to place their bins out earlier, starting Thursday, when the city returns to its standard 6 a.m. trash collection time following the end of summer pickup hours.According to the City, the seasonal change marks the return of regular solid waste collection hours from Waste Pro, starting October 1.
