A man who defrauded at least three people with a dock repair business in Cape Coral was sentenced to three years in prison on Monday.According to the Cape Coral Police Department, Dylan Moon, 31, was arrested in July 2024 on charges of grand theft and scheming to defraud.The charges stem from multiple incidents in which Moon operated as an unlicensed contractor and took money from victims for boat dock repairs, which CCPD said he never completed and never intended to complete.On Monday, Moon was found guilty on all counts and sentenced to three years in prison.
