Junk & Jewels sale in Belleair
BELLEAIR — Find a treasure at the Belleair Garden Club’s Annual “Junk & Jewels Sale” fundraiser, Friday and Saturday, Feb. 6-7. The event is open to the public, and there is no charge to attend. Hours are 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
The club will offer its customary “Pre-Sale Night” on Thursday, Feb. 5, 4:30-7 p.m. Collectors and shoppers can browse and get the first dibs on all the goods. There is a $5 entry fee to attend the presale night only.
This huge upscale rummage sale has been held annually inside the historic garden club building in Belleair for more than 30 years. The entire clubhouse will be overflowing with an eclectic mix of antiques, collectibles, jewelry, home décor, furniture, art, clothing and accessories, books, toys, garden tools, household goods, and vintage treasures.
A plant sale and a bake sale with freshly baked cookies and beverages will be available for purchase during the event or to take home.
Funds from the “Junk & Jewels Sale” help support the club’s scholarship and historic preservation programs. The Belleair Garden Club is a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) public charity organization.
Donations of useable goods will be accepted on Saturday Jan. 17 and 24, 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
