Mast Capital, one of Florida’s most active real estate development and investment firms, and AEW, a global real estate investment firm, recently announced the sale of Remi on the River, a luxury apartment community in the vibrant Miami River District, to Valeris Capital.

Delivered in 2024, the 342-unit property at 999 NW Seventh St. is strategically positioned minutes from Miami’s Brickell Financial District, the Miami Health District, and Downtown Miami.

“The sale of Remi on the River underscores the property’s exceptional lease-up performance, the quality of its design and amenities, and the growing appeal of the Miami River District as a premier destination for waterfront living,” said Camilo Miguel Jr., CEO and founder of Mast Capital. “This project reflects our commitment to investing in the continued revitalization of this vibrant neighborhood.”

CBRE, led by Robert Given, Troy Ballard and Michael Mulkern, advised on the sale of the property.

Spanning over 400 feet of unobstructed water frontage along the Miami River, Remi on the River offers a variety of thoughtfully designed floor plans, including studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 465 to 1,334 square feet. Residences feature modern European-style kitchens with stainless-steel appliances, built-in wine refrigeration, and front-control ranges in select units, complemented by sweeping views of the Miami River and skyline.

Designed by Corwil Architects, the community provides a comprehensive suite of amenities, including a resort-style swimming pool, aqua lounge, state-of-the-art fitness center, and a resident lounge with coworking spaces. Additional highlights include a clubroom and private, access-controlled parking.

Remi on the River is ideally situated near Miami’s finest dining and chef-driven restaurants, designer shopping, and premier entertainment destinations. Residents enjoy convenient access to vibrant neighborhoods including Downtown Miami, Brickell, Wynwood, Midtown Miami, and Miami Beach. Stretching 5.5 miles through the city, the Miami River is a lively corridor for commercial cargo, leisure boating, and water sports, offering a dynamic waterfront backdrop to everyday life.
