A freeze warning is in place across nearly all of Central Florida.

It’s expected to last until around 9 a.m., with temperatures ranging from 27 to 32 degrees, according to NWS Melbourne.

Residents should bring pets indoors, protect their sensitive plants and let faucets drip to protect frozen pipes.

In addition to the freeze warning, there is a cold weather advisory across all of east Central Florida except for coastal Martin County.

Once the freeze warning is over, skies will be sunny with a high near 60 degrees.

Boating conditions are hazardous, and a small craft advisory is in effect for much of the local Central Florida Atlantic waters, according to NWS Melbourne.

There is a moderate risk of dangerous rip currents at all area beaches.
