Developer Unilog Group intends to break ground on a luxury development by the end of this year.
Hollywood Moon is planned to comprise 48 one-bedroom to three-bedroom homes split between two low-rise towers. The luxury homes will measure 1,100 to 2,250 square feet, and each unit will come with a host of high-end amenities, including Italian-imported cabinetry, spa-inspired bathrooms, and energy-efficient structural features, such as floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for natural light. As of spring 2025, the waterfront homes were priced from $1.1 million.

Hollywood Moon will also host more than 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, including (but not limited to) an infinity pool, wellness spa, and private clubhouse. Additionally, true to the development’s name, the complex will also feature an exclusive open-air moon lounge, ideal for sunset gatherings.
Carla Guilhem is the interior designer. Adache Group Architects designed the community. The Miami-based firm also designed Opus at 701, a 13-story high-rise venture proposed for Fort Lauderdale.
Construction on Hollywood Moon is planned to end in the fourth quarter of 2027. It will be located at 901 S Ocean Dr, Hollywood, Florida, 33019, in Broward County. The community is just steps away from the adjacent Hollywood Beach.
