ORLANDO, Fla. – The Orlando Police Department is seeking the public’s help locating a man with a cognitive disorder last seen on Saturday afternoon.
Police said that Hector Luis Ramos Mendez was last seen in area of 4419 South Semoran Boulevard around 2 p.m.
According to OPD, Mendez has a cognitive disorder that could prevent him from returning home

Police said Mendez is known to frequent the Lake Fredrica Plaza area, including the Walmart at 3838 South Semoran Boulevard.
Mendez was last seen wearing blue jeans and a gray shirt, which is the same outfit shown in the photo at the top of this story.
