PORT ST. LUCIE — Spirit Fest returned to the MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Event Center this past weekend, drawing residents from across the Treasure Coast for a two-day expo focused on holistic health, metaphysical practices and alternative wellness.

The two-day expo featured about 70 booths offering crystals, jewelry, divination tools, artwork and natural health products, bringing together vendors, practitioners and speakers focused on holistic and metaphysical practices.

Practitioners provided services including massage, reflexology, energy healing and intuitive readings. Attendees moved through the hall at a steady pace, stopping to ask questions, watch demonstrations and speak directly with vendors.

Presentations ran throughout both days and were included with admission. Topics ranged from holistic health approaches to mediumship and numerology. A presentation on raising your spiritual IQ was held as part of the program, alongside hands-on workshops and smaller demonstrations.

The crowd included a mix of longtime followers of holistic practices and first-time visitors. Some attendees arrived with specific interests, while others browsed casually. Children and families were visible throughout the day, particularly around activity-based booths.

Spirit Fest emphasized interaction rather than performance, with vendors spending extended time explaining their work and background. English and Spanish were spoken throughout the venue, reflecting the area’s diverse community.

The event, marketed as the largest holistic and metaphysical expo on the Treasure Coast, returned to Port St. Lucie as part of a traveling series held in cities across Florida.
