The St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office announced Sunday that an arrest had been made in a homicide. Deputies then executed a search of the area during its investigation.Jean, 41, of Pompano Beach, was identified as the owner and operator of the semi-truck. Jean was initially arrested for resisting an officer without violence and was transported to the St. Lucie County Jail.
