Crowds braved the chilly temperatures to honor Martin Luther King Jr. with the annual parade put on by the City of Tallahassee on January 19th.
From high school bands, including Rickards, Godby and Chiles, to both university bands — the Florida A&M Marching 100 and Florida State Marching Chiefs — Monroe Street was filled with music each step of the way.
Local elected officials, including city and county commissioners waved to those bundled in their puffer jackets and tossed candy to excited children.
