BAINBRIDGE, Ga. (WALB) – A Burger King restaurant in Bainbridge was destroyed in an early morning fire Monday, Jan. 19, resulting in a total loss of the building.
The fire started around 2 a.m., according to General Manager Jessica Jones. No one was inside the building at the time of the fire.
Jones said she received a call informing her that her store appeared dark inside and looked to be on fire.
“It did however mess up the entire building, so as of right now, Bainbridge Burger King will not be up and running for months.” Jones said.
Details about the fire remain limited.
