Purple Alert issued for Tallahassee woman declared missing since Friday, FDLE says

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – A Purple Alert has been issued for a Tallahassee woman who the Florida Department of Law Enforcement has declared missing since Friday.

Sixty-year-old Sonia Taylor was missing from the area of the 790th block of Ridge Road in Tallahassee, FDLE announced Tuesday morning.

Tallahassee Police Department confirmed Tuesday morning that no foul play is suspected.

The 60-year-old woman weighs 175 pounds and stands 6 feet tall, according to FDLE.

Taylor was last seen “traveling northbound in the area of Crawfordville Road and Munson Boulevard” Friday, per the state agency.

As of Tuesday morning, FDLE says she may be traveling in a 2023 gray Nissan Altima with a Florida tag number of Y32CLD.
