January 20, 2026 – St. Petersburg Police Chief Anthony Holloway and Mayor Ken Welch presented 43 community-based programs with $169,785 in asset forfeiture funds Tuesday. The money benefits programs that improve neighborhood safety, promote crime prevention, prevent drug abuse and foster positive behavior in children and teens. Forfeiture funding stems from the seizure of money and assets involved in criminal activity over the past year.
