Two Fort Myers men were arrested in the Florida Keys after a handgun and drugs were found in their car.According to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, Diango Daniel Martinez Rodriguez, 44, and David Scott Johnson, 58, were driving a Chevrolet SUV when they were pulled over around mile marker 84 on US-1 at 1 a.m. for driving in a bike lane.The two men appeared to be switching seats while they were being stopped, MCSO said. Neither of the two men had a valid driver’s license, and both are convicted felons.A search of the SUV revealed approximately 11.6 grams of cocaine and fentanyl, two grams of methamphetamine, a handgun, THC vape pens, psilocybin mushrooms, a scale and other drug paraphernalia, MCSO said.Both men were arrested. Two Fort Myers men were arrested in the Florida Keys after a handgun and drugs were found in their car.
