Redington Shores resets Town Hall hours

Redington Shores and its building department have returned to their pre-2025 hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The change in hours took place on Jan. 20.

As a result of the 2024 hurricanes, Town Hall hours were adjusted so the Building Department could accommodate permit requests. Now that the rush of post-storm permitting activity has slowed and the town is only servicing Redington Shores residents, the original hours have resumed.

Dune planting done in Indian Shores

Dune plantings are complete, the town of Indian Shores reported Jan. 12 on its website.

However, beachgoers are requested to “please continue to stay off the dunes to allow for the plants to adhere fully and flourish.”
