Both cafes offer a light menu of sandwiches, salads, acai bowls and baked goods, alongside its famed cold-pressed juices and smoothies.

Park & Main’s Karma will operate as a daytime cafe like its other locations, but Barber also plans to introduce evening service too.

During Karma’s “healthy happy hour,” guests can expect mocktails made with freshly-squeezed juices, in addition to a light dinner menu of globally-inspired bites.

She says the outdoor patio will offer 150 seats while the indoor dining area will seat 86 patrons.

Barber is also tapping into her interior design background to furnish and decorate this new Karma location.

“I have designers in the Philippines creating custom furniture for the new space. Being able to bring that part of my life to Karma feels like a full-circle moment for me,” Barber adds.
