City of Cape Coral’s Office of Economic and Business Development earned a 2025 Business Facilities Impact Award in the beverage manufacturing and distribution category for its partnership with Bones Coffee Co. The project consolidates the company’s national headquarters, manufacturing, distribution and administrative operations at 2621 SW Pine Island Road. The expansion represents a $27.3 million capital investment supported by a $2.73 million city incentive package and is expected to create 130 jobs with wages about 40% higher than the city average. The award recognizes projects that generate significant community investment and job growth.
